The Grand Norwich Duck Race 2017 – Sunday 27th August , 12-4pm.
It’s the sixth annual Break Grand Norwich Duck Race in partnership with the Ribs of Beef public house, Norfolk Paddle Company, the Broads Authority and the Maids Head.
Ducks race from St Georges Bridge to St Fye’s Bridge outside the Ribs of Beef Public House.
The fun starts at 12pm with a duck parade on St Georges Bridge with the race starting at 2pm.
2pm is the individual duck race where 3000 little ducks will take to the water to swim their way to the finish line. 3pm is the corporate duck race where large painted ducks take to the water to compete to win the Grand Norwich Duck Race Trophy.
Their will be a cake stall, ice creams, face painting, Archers Butchers sausage stall, little duck stall, games and other activities for everyone to enjoy.
