with Integrity and Respect

Become a foster carer

We welcome interest, enquiries and applications from both new and experienced carers. Our Mission Statement is AFA Fostering aims to provide high quality care with integrity and respect, we undertake to work with the values outlined in this statement at all times. We are looking for foster carers who want to work both with us and with these essential values.

Becoming and working as a foster carer is perhaps one of the most rewarding and challenging things you may ever do, we offer the highest levels of support in order to ensure that our services achieve the standards that we believe in.

The children and young people we care for come from all kinds of backgrounds, some will have suffered abuse and neglect and will often display distress and behaviour which reflects their life experience. We want to offer caring and stable homes for these young people and we want to offer the opportunity for achievement that everyone has a right to expect.

If you think you can work with us to offer this stability and care, please contact us by phone, or by email. We will happily arrange to meet you to discuss your interest further.

If you are ready to send an expression of interest, please use our online form.
