Splash Park in The Racecourse: On exceptionally hot days, head to the free-to-use Splash Park. This Northampton favourite has water jets, a paddling pool, and picnic tables.
Derbyshire:
Peak District National Park: Known for its dramatic landscapes, the Peak District is a haven for families who love hiking and picnicking. The national park is also home to the thrilling Heights of Abraham cable car ride.
Carsington Water: Here you can rent canoes, sailboats, and paddleboards, or enjoy a leisurely walk or cycle around the reservoir.
